4. Energy Efficiency Assessment and Greenhouse Gas Emission Reduction (EAGER) Tool for the pulp and Paper Industry. Lead developer. This is the spreadsheet-based tool that does the simple techno-economic analysis for energy efficiency measures for the pulp and paper industry that are built in the tool. 8. Developed tools for Conducting an Energy Audit in Industrial Facilities. Three tools were developed as parts of Industrial Energy Audit Guidebook. The tools do the energy use pattern analysis, load profile analysis, and cost-benefit analysis. Available in both English and Chinese. 2010.

10. Benchmarking and Energy Savings Tool (BEST) Cement. Co-developer. It is a process-based tool based on all commercially available efficiency technologies used anywhere in the world applicable to the cement industry, designed for use in China. Available in both English and Chinese. 2009-2010.
